Randy is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for Foundation Housing. He is actively involved in acquisition/investment transactional activities, insurance incidents, regulatory compliance, and state and federal regulatory approvals across the Foundation Housing portfolio of assets.
Prior to joining Foundation Housing, Randy was a partner in the law firm of Nixon Peabody LLP, where he concentrated his practice in affordable housing, debt and equity finance, real estate law, and green community development.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis. He is currently the President of the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation and is an active member of National Leased Housing Association.
